James Stuart, Califa's CEO: "Welcome to Vejer once again"
- On February 9th, until March 28th, the impressive facilities of the Dehesa de Montenmedio open their doors to host a new edition of the Sunshine Tour.
The Sunshine Tour, the most important winter equestrian event in Europe, is just around the corner, an event that Vejer is fortunate to host.
The Califa's CEO, James Stuart, wanted to take the opportunity to give a warm welcome to all participants and dedicate a few words to them:
"As Managing Director of Califa Vejer, I welcome you once again to our beautiful town, this time under different circumstances, but with the same enthusiasm as always. I can assure you that despite the current situation not only our employees but the vast majority of the town are delighted to see you. We are very sorry that our bars and restaurants are not open but we will open as soon as the regulations allow us to.
Nevertheless although most of the hotel and catering businesses in Vejer are closed we have our Hotel Plaza 18 and Las Palmeras del Califa open to the public with breakfast and dinner available in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.
Despite the context in which we find ourselves, mobility is permitted between Montenmedio, Vejer and its wonderful surroundings including the beach of El Palmar.
We continue to work day by day offering, as always, the best service and the best quality, so that you can feel safe and at ease, as if you were at home.
To all of you: riders, companions, trainers and grooms, I welcome you once again to our land and thank you for your trust during all these years. We look forward to welcoming you wholeheartedly during these seven weeks of competition".
